You can edit or update your ServiceMonster subscription from within ServiceMonster itself.
To access your subscription information, click on the “Subscription” link in the left-hand side menu (Note: only admin level users can access this page).
At the top of this page you can view your current subscription,
click on the “Modify Subscription” button.
This will open a window where you can view your current subscription.
Here you can select a plan to upgrade to by clicking on it. If you wish to downgrade your subscription please give our support team a call at (888) 901-3300.
Clicking on the “User Licenses” (next arrow) button will take you to the next page where you can view and adjust the number of user licenses you will need. Every subscription plan now has a default number of user licenses included. If you need more licenses beyond that, you can then either upgrade to a higher tier or pay for those licenses individually. Next , clicking on “Review and Pay” will take you to the final page where you can review your changes, select your billing option, and update your card on file. We now allow users to choose to be billed annually at a discount, or remain month-to-month with the standard pricing. Either way, you’ll be able to see what (if any) charges are due today and then what the recurring charges will amount to as well as the next billing date. Any upgrades made in the middle of a billing cycle will be prorated.
Finally, clicking “Pay Now” will complete the payment. If no payment is due today, then clicking update will confirm your changes. You should receive a payment confirmation via email once the payment is completed.
