We are so glad you decided to join in and are getting started using ServiceMonster.
If you use a PC, we recommend running ServiceMonster on Google Chrome. However, Internet Explorer and Firefox are alternatives you can use.
If you use a MAC, we recommend running ServiceMonster on Google Chrome. (For features that require a right-click: right-click = ctrl + mouse click)
To log into ServiceMonster, simply click here.
Or click on the "Login" button at the top of the help page.
This will take you to the login page. Enter in your Company ID, User Name, and Password, then click "Login". If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the "Login" button
Saving a link to ServiceMonster on your Desktop or your Bookmarks helps you easily access it whenever you need it.
Open ServiceMonster in a new window, and Highlight the URL.
Drag and drop the link to your desktop.
Double click on the new link to open again.
Select the star icon in the URL bar (far right-hand side)
A box will open, click DONE
A quick link to ServiceMonster 6 will appear underneath the URL and on your bookmarks list.
Click on the quick link anytime you want to access your ServiceMonster 6
