What is FMS?

FillMySchedule (FMS) is an automated “thank you” and “reminder” direct mail program designed to build your repeat client base. It is only offered to ServiceMonster subscribers and can be managed within the software. Our users enjoy the power and simplicity of knowing who they want to reach when they want to reach out to them, and what message they want to communicate.

How does it work?

By closing out orders as invoices in the system, we know the last time work was done, we automatically add them to the campaigns. We have a proven 8-Step program that you can start using quickly. 

Once we set up your campaigns you will review your targeted clients, review the cards. A great example is the Thank you cards that are sent weekly. With a quick push a button, we do all the work to print, stuff, stamp, and mail the card on your behalf. The card will arrive in a stamped envelope addressed to the customer with your personal message enclosed and your return address. 

A few months later, ServiceMonster will prompt you to send that client a follow-up reminder card including a custom message and additional service offerings. Continue sending cards to your clients every 3 months for up to 2 years, to keep your business in the back of their minds, so when they have a problem, they will call YOU for a solution.

All you have to do is press a button in your ServiceMonster account. We do the rest!

The best part is, FillMySchedule automatically tracks when clients you have sent cards to book new jobs, so you can see exactly how much of a return you are getting.

What are the cards like?

Our mailers are high quality, 4×6 tent fold cards, sent in a stamped envelope. The cost is per card with no minimums or set up fees. The message inside the card is customizable, or we have a library of templates and card fronts to choose from. We proudly print all of our mailers in-house at our ServiceMonster headquarters.

How much does FillMySchedule cost?

Each card is $.81 plus postage. For Chem-Dry and N-Hance users, contact us for pricing.

We have no contracts, no minimums, and no setup fees.
