Spotlight by Customer Lobby

Spotlight collects and syndicates customer reviews and predicatively advertises to past customers. Their syndication engine automatically builds your reach by sending your reviews to other review websites, allowing you to attract more customers.

How to connect with Spotlight:

  • Go to https://www.customerlobby.com/index and sign in, or get a demo to start using Spotlight
  • Go to the Marketplace on ServiceMonster, and click on the Customer Lobby box
  • Go to the Configuration tab and follow the link to Spotlight's website to grant them access to your ServiceMonster Data
  • Spotlight will now be able to view your customer data and help you get more reviews and grow your business.
