How Can I Use The Schedule?

The schedule can be used to keep track of your appointments and activities. You can easily move appointments on the schedule, and view what is happening for yourself or your team.

Schedule Navigation

To view the schedule on the mobile app, open the app and click “Schedule” in the lower right hand corner of the app. 


This opens up the schedule.


You can change the day you are looking at by clicking on the date in the upper left-hand corner of the app. This will open a calendar that you can navigate to select the day you want to look at. 


You can also click on the “Go To Today” button to hop to the current day.

 


You can also change the view style. We offer four different view options, Day, Week, Month, and Agenda. 





Day View

Day view allows you to look at one day, scrolling down to see all the hours of the day. You can also view multiple routes at the same time on the Day View.

You can change what day of the week you are looking at using the dates above the schedule. 

 When in day view you can also view multiple routes at once. To do this, simply click on the gear icon next to the route name.

 Select the routes or route tags you want to view and click on the check mark in the upper right-hand corner. 


You will now be able to scroll to the right to view other routes. 


Week View

Week view allows you to look at a full week at a time.

You can only view one route on week view, and to change the route you are looking at click on the gear icon next to the routes name and select another route, then click on the check mark in the upper right hand corner. 





Month View

The month view allows you to look at an entire month at once. Dates that have appointments appear with a dot underneath the day. To view the appointments for a day, click on that day and they will appear below the calendar as appointment cards. 


You can change the route you are looking at by clicking on the gear icon next to the route's name and select another route, then click on the check mark in the upper right hand corner. 





Agenda View

The agenda view allows you to simply see the appointments that you are assigned to. This is a quick and easy list of your tasks for the day to work off of. 


Quick Add

You can use the Quick Add on the schedule view to quickly create a new account, order, and appointment. 

Simply click on the green “+” and select if you want to create a new activity of appointment.

Schedule for Techs

THE WAY THE SCHEDULE WORKS FOR TECHS ON THE MOBILE APP IS AS FOLLOWS:

Super Technician: Can view full schedule, no restrictions

Tech Plus: Can view own schedule 3 weeks forward and 2 weeks back

Tech/Laborer: Can view own schedule 2 weeks forward and 1 week back

It's important to note that we designed this with "business weeks" in mind. The calculation uses the first day of the current week rather than updating each day. That means viewing on a Friday the techs/laborers will only see through the next week, but once they check on the following Monday they'll see that second week show up.
